Reach Camp 2015 20 years strong!

This was our 20th year to provide production for Reach Camp, back then known as Quest Camp. Reach is our oldest client, dating back pre Integrity Lighting days to when CEO/President Steve Nance & VP Pete Dawson owned Joshiah Productions.

Running audio this year for the first time was Daniel Brough, our lead audio engineer.
Pete Dawson had been at the helm for years. With upcoming changes in the company and things being so busy, it was time for him to pass on the reigns.

For the second year our CEO & CFO's son, Carter Nance, was LD for this year's camp. "Handing over our oldest client to my son is an amazing feeling, knowing he can go in and do the job and make the client happy! I am beyond proud of him!" said Steve Nance, CEO.
"One evening after worship, I received a text from the client saying, "Carter is killing it this week during worship!"

By the way, he's only 15 folks!

Arkansas Super Summer 2015

It's always a pleasure to work with Joey Licklider. We met Joey years ago while doing Reach Camps at Ouachita Baptist University. Joey was an assistant tech director for the Jones Performing Arts Center. He has since become the head tech director and designer for JPAC.

We asked Joey to tell us bit about his design for Arkansas Super Summer.

"For this design I had some idea of some things that I wanted to try that I hadn’t done before. I wanted to  put truss visible on stage and decided this time to run them upstage/downstage for a different look. We added Martin Mac101 LED moving lights to these side trusses, then gave a different stage angle for the effects the moving lights were able to do. I also had the help of my assistant, Stephen, who came up with the idea of the curved LED tube array. I also wanted to experiment more with LED tape and find fun ways to use it. The LED tubes in the array are made from clear fluorescent light tube protecters. We took Rosco 111 frost rolls and cut them to 5 inches wide and 8 feet long to put inside the tube to frost and diffuse the LED color from the tape. The LED tape is attached to the outside of the tube with gaff tape to hold in place. The tubes are then zip tied to a hanging wooden frame that gave us the structure to make the curved array. The tubes are able to each be controlled with the use of a few 24-channel led controllers and power supplies. The curved array gave us a lot of neat options for color and intensity chases and effects. There was lots of planning to get the IMAG and lyrics screen in the right place to fit the rear projection beam in the right place under the tubes. The final design and setup gave some really great colors and looks. I was very pleased with the results!"

Family & Children's Services Brainiac Ball 2015

Known as the smartest soiree in Tulsa, Brainiac Ball combines brains and benevolence to help bring hope to those who need it most in our community. This year’s event, held Saturday, May 30, 2015, at the Cox Business Center, was extra special as Family & Children’s Services celebrated 90 years of changing lives.

Our CFO & Vice President, Lori Nance was especially honored to be proving Audio, Video & Lighting for this event. Lori worked with F&CS for over 15 years as a family therapist before starting her private practice Nance Family Therapy.

Lighting included custom gobos, moving lights, up lights & custom chandeliers built by our design team.

Tulsa Air and Space Museum Aviators Ball 2015

We had a blast working with our neighbors at the Tulsa Air and Space Museum!
This year’s ball was tittled “The Mad Scientists,” and marked TASM's 20th anniversary. The evening featured fly-bys by World War II Warbird planes, skydivers, a glider landing and lots of rare and beautiful aircraft on display.
Celebrating the museum and its commitment to preserving this city’s rich aviation history as a way to encourage future generations to continue to reach for the skies. The Aviator Ball helps to fund summer camps, school field trips, workshops and other educational activities.

Integrity provided Source 4s, moving lights, uplights, Special FX, video & audio for this event.
We were really excited to use over 30 of our new ChromaQ Color Ones 100s to light this amazing evening!

Integrity Technology Showcase 2015 #ITSOklahoma

From time to time we have a vender drop in with new products for us to see and to share with our customers.  We love touching base with you on these occasions, but we know it’s hard for you to break away from your busy schedule that much.  So we thought it would be more fun and much easier if we gathered all of our vendors together once a year and invited all of you guys out for one BIG show!

We heard from many of you that it’s tough to get away before 4pm. So this year we are extending the event until 8:00pm in the evening.

Adding to the excitement, we will not only be doing  few classes & private demos but this year  we will be adding a seminar stage allowing some of our manufactures & others to speak!  Details are still being worked out for these, but check back for a schedule and call Amy Felker to reserve your spot!

We will also be giving away some amazing door prizes such as an ipad mini!  Check out our website, see some pictures from last year, and don’t forget to RSVP so we will know when to expect you.

Oh & the showcase & most of the seminars are FREE!

See you there!
